Refund policy
At GDT Supply, we are confident in the quality and reliability of every FDA-approved product sold through our store. However, if for any reason you need to return an item or request a refund, we have a clear and straightforward process in place.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Due to sterility and patient safety requirements, opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

Refund Policy
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will refund the full purchase price and cover return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered, product not needed), we will refund only the cost of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product and approval of the request.
- Refund timelines:
- PayPal: within 48 hours after approval
- Credit card or bank account: within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank
- Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for unopened, eligible items. Simply request a return authorization, and once approved, place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Warranty
All dental implants and prosthetic components sold through this store are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a confirmed product defect, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
- The warranty applies only to items purchased directly through gdtsupply.com or authorized distributors.
- The warranty covers the product itself (implants, prosthetic parts) but does not cover treatment costs, instruments, or additional expenses incurred during clinical use.
- The warranty is valid only if products are used in accordance with their Instructions for Use (IFU) and installed by licensed dental professionals.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product.

This Return, Refund & Warranty Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through gdtsupply.com. GDT Supply reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the outlined conditions. Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights under applicable U.S. law. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and limited to product replacement only.
