Shipping policy

At GDT Supply USA, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all dental implants, prosthetic components, and accessories purchased through gdtsupply.com. This policy explains shipping methods, costs, timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse:

2. Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day (Mon–Fri).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $99 and above
     (within the continental U.S.)
  • Orders under $99: flat shipping rate of $25.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times (once the order leaves our warehouse):

  • Standard Shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS): 2-10 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Express options (available at checkout): typically 1–2 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently ship only within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our support team directly.

6. Title & Risk of Loss

All shipments are FOB Origin (Englewood, NJ). Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses occurring after the carrier takes possession.

7. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@gdtsupply.com with supporting photos.
  • If your package appears lost in transit, notify us so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
